Thank you for your post. According to this document <https://cloud.google.com/free/docs/frequently-asked-questions> during your free trial you may not use GCP to engage on mining cryptocurrency. It does not mention further restrictions. Therefore mining should be fine as long as your project is not in trial and you have a valid payment method.
