You may try moving your project to the (new) organization using this document <https://cloud.google.com/resource-manager/docs/migrating-projects-billing>. But also, since it could be a renaming ( not recreating ) issue of the organization, it could be that it is a caching issue in your browser. Hence try clearing cache <https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en>, or use incognito <https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en>.
