You can take a look at Google Datastore <https://cloud.google.com/datastore/> or Google Cloud Storage <https://cloud.google.com/storage/> (perhaps with some Pub/Sub <https://cloud.google.com/pubsub/docs/overview> thrown in to notify live instances that they need to load/reload their data).
