You are using the maximum amount of stored data as specified by the Search API’s Free quotas [1] limit (0.25 GB of Total Storage including Documents and Indexes). You can add more storage to your Search API Total Storage on a monthly basis by creating a Billing account [2] and enabling it to your project [3]. You can refer to the costs of Search pricing table [4] to estimate the charges for adding storage data to your Search API.
