Hello, It seems that the present screenshot does not prove that you were selected to use the Flex Memcache Alpha Service. You'll know if you were selected if you receive an email with the invitation. Thus, it's important to get attention to your spans filters. The invitation to earlier access should also give you access to participate in the product forum[1].
