You can access different versions of your app in App Engine by clicking on the Version number/name in the console. My assumption is the issue originated from how up your app.yaml file is set up just like in this thread. Also please note that these types of questions are better addressed on StackOverflow where you have access to a large community of enthusiasts and experts to share ideas with and get support from. Please make sure to include all relevant details and error messages which would help the community troubleshoot.
