Yes it seems Cloud SDK now has GA support for Python 3 as per these release notes <https://cloud.google.com/sdk/docs/release-notes#27400_2019-12-17> and you can either install the latest version <https://cloud.google.com/sdk/docs/> if you don't already have Cloud SDK installed or updating via the gcloud command <https://cloud.google.com/sdk/gcloud/reference/components/update>: gcloud components update. For exclusions and more information on configuring your Python interpreter, run gcloud topic startup. <https://cloud.google.com/sdk/gcloud/reference/topic/startup>
