Hi there In the last few hours our website has crashed. It then returned, but has gone down again.
When I connect to the FTP it's fine, and I can download the WP-Config.php file and see our DB credentials. When I uyse phpmyadmin, it states No Such file or directory. So how can that possibly be? We are on a trial, but desperately need to get our site back up and running. when you visit https://www.79design.org.uk, it loads, but only bits of it. We use cloudflare but only for IP, not for hosting or caching. We cannot connect to wp-admin, or the hidden url for admin either as it throws the Error message.
