If you believe this is an internal issue while using Cloud Run in `europe-west-1b` that is causing spikes to your application every six months you can raise this on our [Cloud Run issue tracker](https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/new?component=608076&template=0) page for further investigation. We will review the issue to see if this is something that is affecting all users.
