Thanks Claudio, now that I know that, it's much clearer :) I just want to say how much I appreciate your response even if it doesn't answer or solve my problem directly. In the old support forum sometimes I didn't get even any response, which made me wonder if anyone even read my post. It felt like a dead forum. So I don't know if it was just lack of resource on the old forum, but you guys are definitely doing a great job on this new forum!
