Hello there,
up until recently (last week or so) I was able to use the provisioning APIs
on a free Google Apps account.

I clearly remember being able to check/uncheck the box to enable/disable the
use of the Provisioning APIs in my control panel (*Domain settings* -> *User
settings.*

Unfortunately as of today, any API call fails. I am able to login using my
credentials, but when I try to invoke any APIs I get a
DomainCannotUseApis(1056)
error. In addition the checkbox has disappeared from the control panel.

Has google's policy changed? I was under the impression that any other API
except the provisioning APIs was limited to paying business accounts
(premier?), but basic provisioning was still available to free accounts.

Thanks,
Enrico.
