Please add marketplace scope for organizational units. Based on the list near the bottom of this page: http://code.google.com/googleapps/marketplace/manifest.html I'd expect there should be something for organizational units portion of the provisioning API as something like this: https://apps-apis.google.com/a/feeds/user/#readonly
