While working for the Saint Paul Public Schools (K12) I noticed that
the term required the user to be 18 or more years old. Since we were a
K12 school district our students were all younger than that I
requested that the it be removed using the support tab in the
management console. Google's lawyers came up with a document for the
district to sign and after that they removed the whole thing. You
could ask if it could just be altered or branded but I would guess it
would be easier for Google to remove it.
