Eduardo, I see no issues with those 4 accounts and can't pinpoint why they are throwing the 401s. However, I noticed that you are passing the xoauth_requestor_id parameter with your 2-LO requests, which isn't required for the Email Settings API. A temporary fix might be to not pass it and try again. Let us know if you still see any issues after this change, while we'll continue to watch for any additional clues.
