Great that there is a workaround, but this can potentially be an issue as it 
means modifying emails from their original state.  I'm also pretty sure that 
we have had reports from some places where the address has been the same in 
both the source and destination account and this been witnessed.  Maybe its 
to do with the explicit format of the header?

On those lines - are there any restrictions on the format of the 'From' 
header for this to work. For example which of these headers would work 
correctly in these circumstances?

From: Andy <[email protected]>
From: "Andy" <[email protected]>
From: [email protected]
