My writing partner was the IT manager and he has passed away suddenly. I am not an extremely computer savvy person in regards to managing domains so please respond to me in as simple language as you can (ie computer acronyms and such). Best case scenario would be for me to speak to a Google support person over the phone. However, I am unable to do so because they require a PIN number and i can't get a PIN number without being the admin to the account. See the catch 22 I am in? I haven't a clue where to go from here.
