Hi Claudio Yes I was aware of the behavior you describe. However in my case, I removed the user from the group from the dashboard as an administrator. They are clearly no longer showing in the group in the dashboard yet the RetrieveMember method of the provisioning API still shows them as belonging to the group. David S
