You were right, Provisioning was not enabled. After enabling it, AdminSettings started working without problems. The documentation for AdminSettings states the following though: "The Admin Settings service is enabled for the Google Apps Premier, Education, and Partner Editions. You may want to sign up for a Premier Edition account <http://www.google.com/apps/intl/en/business/details.html> for testing purposes. The Admin Settings service uses Google Accounts<https://www.google.com/accounts/Login>, *so if you already have an account on a domain with one of these editions, you're all set*."
Anyways, taking into account that Google apps Free accounts do not have read access to the AdminSettings API and the return same error code/message as a disabled Provisioning API checkbox, how can I differentiate between Google Apps Free accounts and a disabled Provisioning API checkbox?
