No, we're not using it, and have no plans to. I reviewed the documentation but its not going to be useful for the way we do service administration (custom built interfaces tailored to the needs of individual business units).
We're a Perl shop, so I have no experience with any of the client libraries. We have written our own libraries using the protocol documentation. Cheers, Rob.
