I've created a user on our local LDAP system which we do often enough, and
it creates the Google Apps account.

This new account account shows up when I search within my Google Apps
management screens, but I cannot access the account. When I search for the
name and click on the name, it brings me to the full list of users, not to
the specific user (as it does for other working accounts). I cannot
manually create the account since the username exists, and I cannot browse
the accounts and find this one.

I've created a Support Ticket about this which Google closed without
explanation, and upon reopening that ticket I was asked to post here.
Posted. Now what?
