FYI, I am seeing the same problem. It started around 6:00am this morning and
is intermittent. Password change requests are working. Requests to create
a new account fail with:
UnknownError(1000):
at
com.google.gdata.data.appsforyourdomain.AppsForYourDomainException.narrow
(AppsForYourDomainException.java:133)
at
com.google.gdata.client.appsforyourdomain.AppsForYourDomainService.insert
(AppsForYourDomainService.java:99)
