Hello Sunny, You can use the Email Settings API to insert the signature. Refer the Email Settings Developers Guide at: http://code.google.com/googleapps/domain/email_settings/developers_guide_protocol.html#GA_email_signature_main
The Email Settings API is an admin API, it allows administrator of a domain to set signature for users of domain.
