Hi Aaron,

What the Email Audit does is adding the DestinationUser's email address to
the bcc: field of all monitored mails, so then it is up to the client email
application to put those email in the correct folder.
I can imagine that if the DestinationUser was already part of a thread
being monitored then he might have also been the in from: field and, as
such, that thread is also going to show up in the Sent folder.

Short answer, that behavior is not configurable and the DestinationUser
should always be in the bcc: field. If that is not the case, can you please
share an example so that we can investigate it?
