We've been getting a lot of this 503 response today very consistently from
the Group Settings API (see below).
Is this the right group to report such issues? I know there was a group
settings API TT list, but I'm having issues finding it. Now that this API
is out of trusted tester, I'm not sure which is the write list to use to
discuss such issues.
