Claudio et al, We plan, over the course of Easter 2013, to migrate all our users (10,000 ish), their email and calendar.
Our question is this... If we're making lots of API calls through Provisioning API, Email Migration API and Calendar API - we are likely encounter a 503 error any more often or less than if just using the one API? i.e. do limits apply per API/thread or do they accumulate?
