Is there a way to set the visibility of a picture uploaded using the google profile api?
Whenever we upload a new picture for a profile, that picture's visibility gets reset to '*Visible to everyone*'. This has two implications. One, if the user has changed their preference, then that setting is lost next time we update that picture. Second, some users don't want their picture available for anyone to see (in fact, now that we realize that this is a problem, we want to be able to set all users, by default, to 'Visible only to people I can chat with'. For users who care about who can see their picture, this is an important privacy issue. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Apps Domain Information and Management APIs" group.
