Agreed--the Scripts API for Groups<https://developers.google.com/apps-script/service_groups>doesn't seem to have anything other than listing the members of a group and their permissions.
I got myself excited about Collaborative Inbox but I'm frustrated with some of the behavior. For instance, if a customer sends an email requesting information and we respond with the information, it intuitively seems that we should label the thread as "complete". However, if the customer then responds to that email requesting additional info, it should presumably revert to incomplete so that we know to look at the email again. If I could interface with it using the Scripts API, I could probably change some of the behavior, but it doesn't seem to be there yet. Let me know if you find anything, Eli On Thursday, August 9, 2012 3:28:39 AM UTC-7, Mark McLaren wrote: > > I work with a Google Apps for Education domain and would like to > programmatically create and administer "Collaborative inbox" style Google > groups. > > Is this possible? > > Thanks, > > Mark > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Apps Domain Information and Management APIs" group.
