Hello Atul, I didn't understand you question really well, but you can retrieve and update the user status inside a group using the Provisioning API.
https://developers.google.com/google-apps/provisioning/#methods_for_group_owners If you need to do this only once, I'd recommend you use GAM ( http://code.google.com/p/google-apps-manager) if you require to update it frequently probably develop a script your be better.
