My company has been FTP'ing products to google base for awhile now, and has a google checkout associated with it, and we also have a very positive rating associated with it.
But we have had issues with a few FTP pushes that have caused items to not display, so I've been looking into switching over to using the API So far I've been able to Insert products and have them show as "Published and Searchable" in the dashboard almost immediately, which is exciting. The problem is that when I do the search and find the items, I see none of the ratings, and the google checkout button doesn't show :(. I'm using the correct account information associated with the items we've had up in the past in what I send in the XML Insert, so it seems like it should be showing the Google checkout and the positive ratings. I feel like I must be missing some element in the XML that I'm sending that is keeping it from being associated with our google checkout and our positive reviews, but at this point I'm at a loss as to what that might be. It's almost painful to get so close to success and to still be missing some element like this, hehe.
