We have images stored on Amazon's storage service. When I try to upload photos from this service using "Get a file from the web (URL)... ", I get the following error:
".jpg files are not allowed. 31f890c6-e6d7-444d-af43-939a7b1190ed.jpg from s3.amazonaws.com cannot be attached to your item" However, if I save the same image to my local machine and try to upload, then the image goes through ok. Is this to be expected?
