Hi Tom, thx for your reply. The error msg I get is just "Success with Errors". I've lost placement in Froogle & also my pics don't display under Google Shopping. I'm told that some of my products have unsupported characters in the description/title - but would this prevent ALL of my items from getting placement when only some have unsupported characters (only 2-3% have it & i'm cleaning up now). TIA for your help.
