Just to add a little more detail.  I'm not storing and caching large
amounts of data, but rather putting some data in a database
temporarily to do some calculations.  In explaining the source of the
data I mention the originating sites (whom I assume submitted the data
on to Google Base).  Now that site is saying I cant use the data in my
calculations...
