the batch template was meant to demonstrate a batch-insert.
the exact code to obtain the next attribute
rather depends on what xml parser you choose.
for example, if php's xml_parser_create is used then,
something like the following code snippet should work
within an xml_set_element_handler's start-element callback:
if ($attrs["REL"] == "next") {
$mynext = $attrs["HREF"];
}
basically, understanding both the returned
xml and your xml parser api are required.
