Hi Cynthia, I am not sure I understand your use-case. Are you using FTP/HTTP upload, or you are using the API to insert the items? If you use the API, please provide us with the XML insert request you make, what is the response and what is wrong with the response.
Also, what do you mean the shipping field is nowhere to be found. How do you look for it? Where do you need the shipping to be returned? In the API responses? Again, if you use the API, give us an example of a query, the response you get and why do you thing the response is not correct.
