The /items feed is an authenticated feed, and when you access it directly from the browser you don't pass in any authentication information. So not being able to manually access the link is normal. If you want to see your item without authenticating, replace items with snippets ( http://www.google.com/base/feeds/items/1191780889561744272 )
And lastly, you have submitted product items. They show up in Google Merchant Center : http://www.google.com/merchants .
