looking to google-maps to verify geocode information is a good thing;
looking to google-maps to verify snippet location searches should not
be considered in all cases simply because google-maps contains other
sources of data apart from google-base and may use google proprietary
api's, undocumented search technologies, or different constructs.

this location seems to return over 35,000 for-sale housing items for
me:
