We are using the Google Base Data API to insert products into Google
Base. Our integration was working fine until recently when we started
receiving 404s when trying to insert products with the response
'Cannot find the customer to insert the entry'. This seems to happen
on most of our requests, however some are still getting through OK.

Here is some background information:

I am POSTing to this URL:
http://www.google.com/base/feeds/{{account_number}}/items
I have ensured that that account number does in fact exist.

I am using the AuthSub method to authenticate. I am passing 'gbase' as
the service name and am wondering if there is a new service name for
Google Merchant Center? These are the other variables I am using to
authenticate:
        'accountType' => 'GOOGLE',
        'Email' => EMAIL,
        'Passwd' => PASSWORD,
        'service' => 'gbase',
        'source' => SOURCE
The authentication seems to be working correctly as I am always
returned a proper authentication token.

This is the XML that I am POSTing:

Has anybody experienced this recently? Or resolved it in the past?
