You normally would use "|" as or in the query for example : http://www.google.com/base/feeds/snippets/?max-results=250&start-index=500&bq=wireless%20printer[item%20type:product%20Catalogs|Products]
There were no product catalogs results return in the first 250-500 results from this query but i started finding them with a start index of 500.
