Oh! I didn't get what you were saying before, and I apologize. You are absolutely correct - Property_Type appears to be used differently by the listings than it was before. Listings seem to be using more specific terms instead of the "residential" and "commercial" I kept seeing earlier this summer. Omitting this gives me a lot more listings.
