Issue 759: Need a "domita-test" Ant target

We currently need manual work to run the domita tests -- essentially,
someone needs to know to copy domita_test.html into the right place and
point their browser at it.
We should have an Ant target that puts everything into a common place for
easy browsing, e.g., in "ant-www/domita-test/", to make it easy to
regression test that bit.
