useful for trying out small cajoled javascript samples. As a
tutorial, it is currently pretty weak but works well as a quick
alternative to trying out small snippets of javascript on the
playground. Typing "debug" turns on the display of cajoled output.
Great to have a Caja-REPL.
Suggestion: Have some reaction to pressing return (such as moving the
cursor to the next line) before the cajoling request finishes.
