No, they won't. 

There are no "sub calendars".  There is a "main" calendar bound to your account (the one with your username in the URL) that cannot be deleted, but it does not "contain" the other calendars.  All the other calendars are independent and have their own unique GData feeds.

Of course, with GData tools, it's possible to build a calendar aggregator, but I'll leave that as an exercise to the reader ...  :-)
