Hello Raj, Is this problem intermittent? There is currently a known intermittent issue [KB] which will cause 400 errors along with a message saying 'Failed to process recurrence rule.' Please try the request again and see if it works successfully.
Also, please make sure that each line of the recurrence syntax is separated by a carriage-return/newline pair.
