What timezone is listed in your calendar metafeed?

http://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/default/

Mine is <gCal:timezone value="America/Los_Angeles"/> and my offsets
seem to be correct at -07:00.

Also, there is currently a feature request filed to add a timezone
query parameter like you've suggested.  Not sure what the ETA will be
but I'll keep you posted on any progress.
