Finding the closest match for a given color is relatively straightforward: just calculate the distance in RGB colorspace (sqrt((r2-r1)^2 + (g2-g1)^2 + (b2-b1)^2)) between each of the colors above and the color you're trying to match, then choose the color with the smallest distance.
