Hi Shubhang,
Each event entry contains a link element where rel="self" and an href
attribute that contains a URL you can use to retrieve the event. The
link element will have this format:
<link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml'
href='http://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/calendarID/private/
full/entryID'></link>
So if event A is modified on the phone, you can request just that
event entry by using this "self link" URL.
