One option would be to convert your VS2003 project to VS2005.

Create a backup of the VS 2003 project and it's files (just in case).
Then open the VS 2003 project in VS 2005. VS 2005 will update the
project as needed and you should be able to continue development in VS
2005 from then on.

Warning: I don't believe you can go backwards and open the project
again in VS 2003 after it is updated to 2005.
