I am working on an event list web app in Rails that lets a user save an event they selected to Google Calendar. I want to interact with Google Calendar the way many websites do, which is to call it with this type of URL: https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceLogin?service=... However for about a week now I have yet to be able to find any documentation on this. Please link me to any resource that teaches me about this. I have looked into AuthSub and OAuth but these mechanism do not appear (imho) to link to Google Calendar using the type of URL shown above. Please help! I need to learn it somehow. Thanks!
