I have an RSS feed that pulls events from my Google Calendar to a website that I'm working on. I've managed to pull in the ten next future events to the website but I've been unable to order them by the actual date of the next occurrence and not the start date of the recurring event.
I'm using ?orderby=startdate because it's the only parameter that I know. Unfortunately, all of my calendar events are recurring events and are being ordered by the date of their first occurrence and not the date of their actual next occurrence. If you go to the website and look at the details of each event, you can see that the events are the next ten upcoming events but are out of order. When I make the startdate visible, you can also see that they are being ordered by the dates that they made their first appearance on the calendar. Can anyone tell me how to make them go in order of the date that is in the "when" field of the event details, the actual date of the next instance? The web address is here: http://dkeruskie.googlepages.com/index.html Also, my Google Calendar address is here: http://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=dkeruskie%40gmail.com&ctz=America/New_York And the RSS feed that I am using is "http://www.google.com/calendar/ feeds/dkeruskie%40gmail.com/public/full? orderby=starttime&sortorder=ascending&futureevents=true&singleevents=true". It's working great, except for the fact that it is ordering by the wrong date for recurring events to be formatted in sequence. Any help is greatly appreciated. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Calendar Data API" group.
