Where can we find the status of the event publisher error.  Other than
your post, it is unclear whether Google knows or is looking into the
problem.  You can test it using Google's sample at 
http://code.google.com/apis/calendar/
then click on the Event Publisher "Remind Me" button.  There is no
option to set the date and just gives the following error:  "Start and
end times are being displayed in your calendar's timezone (Central
Time)"
